My name is Augustin and I am a French certified whole animal butcher. My passion for food and meat led me to craft flavorful sausages.

Sausages are made from scratch in our facility in Washington, DC.

We select and blend the perfect combination of muscle, we grind, add spices and case our products following artisanal practices and original French recipes.
